SALMENSUU

Here on Salmensuu farm, we breed high quality beef cattle. During the summer, the cows are grazing the pastures and in the wintertime, they roam free in the farmyard. The calves are reared naturally on their mothers.

The cattle graze on entirely home grown hay and grain. This natural grass feed gives the meat a rich and delicious taste and fine texture.
